Nærværende udbud vedrører indkøb og udførelse af hovedentreprise med projektudvikling vedrørende etab-lering af en ny transportledning mellem Gerlev Vandværk i Hornsherred og Marbæk Trykforøger i Frederikssund for Novafos A/S og dennes koncernforbundne selskaber jf. Udbudsbilag E – Koncernforbundne selskaber Entreprisen omfatter etablering af en ca. 5,8 km transportledning på land samt en ca. 1,5 km fjordkrydsning under Roskilde Fjord, som forventes gennemført ved styret underboring. Projektet gennemføres som en hovedentreprise med en indledende projektudviklingsfase, hvor entreprenøren i samarbejde med bygherre og totalrådgiver bidrager til at kvalificere projektet, herunder metodevalg, anlægslogistik, risikovurdering, budgettering og tidsplanlægning.
