Predmet javnega naročila je: Vgradnja dvigala v Rdečo dvorano in zajema: • Pripravljalna dela, • rušitvena in odstranitvena dela, • zidarska dela, • betonerska dela, • slikopleskarska dela, • keramičarska dela, • alu stavbno pohištvo, • suhomontažna dela, • ključavničarska dela, • dvižna ploščad, • elektroinštalacijska dela, • mizarska dela. Specifikacija naročila je v Prilogi 11 razpisne dokumentacije. Predmet naročila je izvedba gradbenih, obrtniških in instalacijskih del (v nadaljevanju GOI dela) v obsegu, kot izhaja iz projektne dokumentacije, ki je sestavni del teh navodil. V sklopu javnega naročila je, potrebno izvesti GOI dela skladno s strani projektanta Projektivni biro, d,o.o, št. projekta 6742-2, december 2025 izdelano in s strani naročnika potrjeno projektno dokumentacijo. Izbrani izvajalec mora navedene zahteve izpolniti tako, da dobavi in vgradi ustrezne proizvode. Rok za dokončanje vseh pogodbenih obveznosti je 90 koledarskih dni od dne, ko je izvajalec s strani naročnika zapisniško uveden v delo. "Končni rok 90 dni ne zajema zgolj izvedbe del, temveč obsega tudi pripravo in predajo vse zahtevane dokumentacije (PID, DZO) ter zagotovitev usklajenega končnega obračuna, kar pomeni, da mora biti vsa navedena obveznost v celoti zaključena v tem roku."
