Es sind Videokonferenzanlagen gemäß einer EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung Systemlieferung und EVB-IT Systemlieferung AGB und EVB-IT Service zu liefern. Bei den Videokonferenzanlagen handelt es sich um die Beschaffung von Videokonferenzsystemen, welche in einer komplexen und hochverfügbaren Cisco Video Meeting Server Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers (Cisco CMS) und Expressways (Cisco VCS-E & C) betrieben und verbunden werden sollen. Es müssen Encoder des Herstellers Cisco angeboten werden, die Videokommunikation per SIP-Video-Protokoll unterstützen.
