Hankinnan kohteena oleva laite- ja palvelukori tulee alustavan suunnitelman mukaisesti sisältämään muun muassa kokous- ja neuvottelutilojen esitystekniikan, Webex- ja Teams-integraatiot, mediaseinät ja pilvipohjaiset julkaisualustat. Hankittavaan palvelukokonaisuuteen sisältyvät alustavasti elinkaarisuunnittelu, häiriö- ja palveluhallinta, asennus- ja huoltopalvelut sekä ohjelmistopalveluina tarjottavat käyttöoikeudet.
Valittavalta Toimittajalta tullaan edellyttämään kyvykkyyttä tuottaa palvelua Fingridin eri toimipisteisiin (Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Varkaus, Vaasa, Oulu ja Rovaniemi), sekä sen tulee hallita Cisco- ja Microsoft Teams -teknologioita sekä toimia AV-laitteiden ja niihin liittyvien palvelujen myyntikanavana Tilaajalle. Hankinnan kohteen tarkempi sisältö ja vaatimukset täsmentyvät neuvotteluvaiheessa ja menettelyn aikana julkaistavissa alustavassa tarjouspyynnössä sekä lopullisessa tarjouspyynnössä.
Hankintaa tullaan hyödyntämään myös Fingridin tytäryhtiöissä Fingrid Datahub Oy:ssä ja Finextra Oy:ssä.
