Le marché consiste en la mise en place d’un système de vidéosurveillance dont les principaux objectifs sont les suivants : La surveillance du domaine privé et public communal sur le territoire de Vandoeuvres selon le plan d’implantation fourni en annexe au présent cahier des charges ; La prévention des actes tels que cambriolages, effractions, destruction du domaine public, violence et tout autre délit ; La fourniture d’éléments d’enquêtes et de preuves permettant le dépôt de plaintes pénales et l’instruction d’enquêtes et de recherches par les autorités pénales et policières compétentes. Le marché comprend les prestations suivantes : Préparation et dépôt des autorisations nécessaires Fourniture et installation du matériel (caméras), mâts et supports pour les caméras (inclus travaux de génie civil), câblages électriques et données, matériel informatique.
