ALLGEMEINE KONSTRUKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG Das geplante Gebäude gliedert sich in drei zusammenhängende Gebäudeteile. - einem zweigeschossigen Riegel, - einem eingeschossigen Verbindungsbau, - Fahrzeughalle mit zweigeschossigem Technikbereich. Das Gebäude ist in Massivbauweise geplant. Tragende und aussteifende Bauteile werden in Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk ausgeführt. Nichttragende Innenwände sind als Leichtbauwände geplant. Die Geschossdecken und die Decken über dem Obergeschoss (Dach) des Riegels, des Verbindungsbaus und der Technikspange in der Fahrzeughalle sind Stahlbetondecken. Das Dach der Fahrzeughalle wird als Holzkonstruktion ausgeführt.
