Het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam is voornemens om middels een niet-openbare Europese aanbesteding het project Virtueel Energiesysteem (VES) aan te besteden.
Het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam wil met de realisatie van dit project een simulatie-capability ontwikkelen binnen de eigen organisatie voor verschillende energievraagstukken die spelen in de haven. De aanbesteding heeft als doel om tot een raamovereenkomst te komen met tenminste één wellicht meerdere gegadigden per 1 januari 2027.
De opdracht omvat;
- Het beschikbaar stellen van bewezen succesvolle simulatie tooling of modellen op een wijze die passend is voor gebruikers van Havenbedrijf Rotterdam
- Het opleiden en begeleiden van gebruikers bij het zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren van (eenvoudige) analyses
