Water network materials Procurement of water utility network maintenance materials for PANNON-VÍZ Zrt. on the basis of a framework agreement. The scope of the public procurement extends to a maximum of the utilization of the framework amount (net HUF 923,890,725) for two years, based on unit prices. The contracting authority commits to a call-off obligation for 70% of the framework amount. The successful tenderer is obliged to perform the following tasks during the performance of the framework agreement: - Supply of gate valves, hydrants and spare parts - Pull-resistant pipe fittings - Pull-resistant flange for plastic pipes - Cast iron fitting - Installation spacer - Tapping saddles - Spring-loaded check valves - Ball check valves - Fuses without heating wire, and electrofusion fittings with heating wire - Quick-connect fittings for steel pipes, PE pipes - Plastic compression fittings for PE pipes - Brass fittings - Galvanized fittings - Ball valves with closed housing - Mofém ball valves - Sleeve repair - Public well - Water meter extension piece (telescopic) - PE, KM-PVC pipes and fittings Storage, transport, on-call service of safety (emergency) kits (the safety kit is included in the basic quantity) If the call for tenders or the procurement documents require reference to a specific make, origin, type of product, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark for the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the procurement, this must in all cases be interpreted as having been made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and must be interpreted as including the phrase "or equivalent". The tenderer must prove equivalence in case of doubt. For every offered product, the tenderer must have the necessary permits for distribution and installation, special test reports, certifications, and documents proving the parameters specified in the technical description, according to the following: - Valid permit issued by ÁNTSZ, OTH, Government Office, certifying suitability for use in drinking water. (to be submitted with the tender) - Declaration of performance issued by the manufacturer, upon delivery of the product. - Structural drawing, upon delivery of the product. - Documentation in Hungarian containing product characteristics, proving the product's compliance, upon delivery of the product. - Special test reports, certifications, as required by the technical description for each product group. (to be submitted with the tender) The detailed description of the task is included in the technical description, which is part of the procurement documents.
