Gully grate and manhole cover East Hungary

Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (the Contracting Authority) wishes to conclude a framework purchase agreement for the procurement of gully grates and manhole covers compliant with MSZ EN 124 standard, and for the delivery of these products to specified locations, with a total framework value of HUF 37,600,000 net in the East Hungary region. The estimated quantity of the procurement is planned as follows: - "small size" gully grate + frame: 70-90 pcs - "large size" gully grate + frame: 180-200 pcs - 600mm square cover + frame: 30-50 pcs - 600mm round cover + frame: 110-130 pcs - 600mm round cover with grate design + frame: 90-110 pcs - Self-leveling 600mm round cover + frame: 50-70 pcs - 800mm round cover + frame: 10-20 pcs The planned quantity is calculated for a 12-month period based on the contracting authority's needs and is detailed in the further public procurement documents. The contracting authority does not undertake a commitment to purchase the estimated quantities per item; the successful bidder must fulfill the contract according to the contracting authority's individual orders. Based on the contract to be concluded, the contracting authority may place orders up to a maximum of HUF 37,600,000 net + VAT. The contracting authority has determined its procurement needs by preliminarily defining the expected quantity during the contract period, which may differ from the actual quantity used – taking into account specific needs arising during the contract period. In view of this, the contracting authority may deviate from the total contract quantity (quantity deviation) pursuant to § 58 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, and undertakes only to place orders for at least 70% of the above-mentioned framework amount specified in the contract (i.e., HUF 26,320,000 net + VAT) during the contract period. Bidders may only offer new products; regenerated or recycled products are not acceptable. The contracting authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that detailed technical specifications (including standard, material, load class, gully grate frame size, permissible horizontal displacement, surface design, labeling, grate openability, interchangeability) related to the products to be delivered are included in the public procurement documents.
