• Perceel 1 Desktop gebiedsanalyses: hierbij worden zowel de bestaande toestand als de Vlaamse ambities of doelafstanden voor de 8 doeldomeinen van de Lokale Blue Deals verkend, beschreven en in beeld gebracht voor de aangeduide gebieden van koplopers en kandidaat koplopers. Elke gebiedsanalyse wordt aangevuld met een historisch onderzoek naar de landschapsevolutie gerelateerd aan de 8 doeldomeinen die geleid heeft tot de huidige toestand van het gebied. De opdracht van de dienstverlener start met een onderzoek naar de informatie die reeds beschikbaar is en die kan worden geïntegreerd of geactualiseerd in de gebiedsanalyses. De gebiedsanalyses worden in het voorjaar van 2027 aan de Lokale Blue Deal coalities gepresenteerd, en waar nodig bijgestuurd met lokale gebiedskennis over de bestaande toestand, zodat ze voldoen aan de lokale noden. Voor de eerste oproep van 2026 in principe uit te voeren in het najaar van 2026 en het voorjaar van 2027; voor de tweede oproep vanaf 2028.
