Leistungsumfang Die rku.it GmbH betreibt IT-Infrastrukturen und erbringt IT-Dienstleistungen insbesondere für Unternehmen der kommunalen Energieversorgung und des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs. Gegen-stand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer VMware Cloud Foundation Subscription einschließlich Production Support zur langfristigen Lizenzierung und Unterstützung der Virtualisierungs- und Private-Cloud-Plattform von rku.it. Die Beschaffung dient der langfristigen Lizenzierung und Unterstützung der Virtualisierungs- und Private-Cloud-Plattform von rku.it. Die betriebliche Nutzung umfasst auch die Bereitstellung von Leistungen für bestehende und zukünftige Kunden in gemeinsam genutzten Cluster-Umgebungen, soweit diese Kunden von der vereinbarten Affiliates-Regelung erfasst sind. Auftragsgegenstand Der Auftragnehmer hat sämtliche nachfolgend beschriebenen Lizenz- und Supportleistungen vollständig und herstellerkonform anzubieten. Die Anforderungen dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind maßgeblich. Abweichungen sind im Angebot ausdrücklich und vollständig zu benennen.
