Usluge upravljanja projektom “IZGRADNJA VODNOKOMUNALNE INFRASTRUKTURE BROD 2 - AGLOMERACIJE SLAVONSKI BROD, BRODSKI STUPNIK, GARČIN I DONJI ANDRIJEVCI" Svrha Ugovora o uslugama upravljanja projektom „Izgradnja vodno-komunalne infrastrukture Brod 2 - aglomeracije Slavonski Brod, Brodski Stupnik, Garčin i Donji Andrijevci“ je omogućiti pravovremenu i učinkovitu provedbu Projekta, putem sljedećih aktivnosti: - vođenje provedbe projekta u ime Naručitelja; - pružanje usluge Voditelja projekta prema odredbama Zakona o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19); - administriranje i tehničko i financijsko upravljanje provedbom projektnih ugovora (ugovori o radovima (crveni FIDIC i arheološko istraživanje), ugovori o pružanju usluga stručnog nadzora i promidžbe i vidljivosti Projekta, ugovor o nabavi opreme za održavanje sustava vodoopskrbe i odvodnje), te savjetovanje Naručitelja s obzirom na sve aspekte koji, po profesionalnoj procjeni Izvršitelja, mogu ugroziti uspješnu provedbu Projekta i/ili dovesti do kršenja uvjeta iz Ugovora; - izvještavanje Naručitelja o napretku Projekta i potencijalnim rizicima; - izvještavanje u ime Naručitelja sukladno zahtjevima Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava.
