Cleaning of the former Transplantation Clinic

A contract is to be concluded for the comprehensive cleaning of the former Transplantation Clinic building of Semmelweis University (daily, weekly, monthly cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, ad-hoc cleaning) for a period of 36 months within a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The total area to be cleaned regularly is 6,757 m2. The service must be performed at the locations specified in the Facility Register, provided as part of the public procurement documents, with the frequency specified therein and at the unit prices offered by the Bidder. Planned hours for ad-hoc cleaning: 50 hours/month Planned quantity of facade windows to be cleaned: - traditionally: 10,438 m2/year - with alpinism or scaffolding technique: 167 m2/year Planned quantity of cold fog disinfection: 334 m3/month Planned quantity of linoleum and PVC coating: 167 m2/year Planned hours for cleaning carpets and upholstery: 167 hours/year The contracting authority undertakes to call up 70 (seventy) percent of the framework quantity. The detailed technical and professional conditions are included in the Technical Specification for Public Procurement and its annexes. If the technical specification refers to a product, origin, type, process, patent, or trademark of a specific manufacturer, this is only for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter; the contracting authority will accept equivalent offers. The bidder must prove the equivalence in their offer. Evaluation criteria and methods: The contracting authority has determined the evaluation criteria specified in point II.2.5 of the call for tenders in accordance with Section 76 (2) (c) of the Public Procurement Act: evaluation criteria representing the best value for money will be applied. The lower and upper limits of the score that can be awarded during the evaluation according to Section 76 (9) (c)-(d) of the Public Procurement Act, and the method for calculating scores between these limits are as follows: The lower and upper limit of the score that can be awarded during the evaluation: 0-10 points.
