Purchase of a towed grader

The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase and sale) of 1 new (unused) towed grader for the Contracting Authority. Product features: Towed grader. Towed type, with a working width of maximum 310 cm. Its own weight without additional weights must be at least 1720 kg, and its power requirement is a maximum of 190 HP. Hydraulic adjustment of the grader blade's tilt and angle. Further technical requirements are included in the documentation. The tenderer must submit a description of the offered product in the tender, duly signed by the company, with complete data according to the relevant table ('Offered technical parameters KMNPI Mg and forestry machinery' appendix). The tender must include the name of the offered product (manufacturer, type, country of origin; professional offer). The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of § 2 (5) and § 74 (2) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority (CA) states, based on § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) (321 Kr.), that the reference to a product, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark of the type, origin, or model specified in the call for tenders and the procurement documents was made solely to clearly define the subject matter, and the designation should be understood as 'or equivalent'.
