However, if it is recognized that the contract cannot be performed in accordance with the contract terms by the party who should be the successful bidder due to their bid price, or if it is recognized that it is significantly inappropriate to conclude a contract with that party due to the risk of disrupting the order of fair trade, the bidder with the highest evaluation score among other bidders who submitted bids within the limit of the estimated price may be selected as the successful bidder. Experience as a constituent member of a joint venture under Type A agreement is limited to cases where the capital contribution ratio is 20% or more. Experience under Type B agreement is limited to the scope of work divided in the construction, and the capital contribution ratio is not considered.
