VR tactical training system

The winning bidder's task is to deliver 3 new (previously unused) 2-person VR Tactical Training Systems under a purchase agreement, as specified in the public procurement documentation, to the delivery location determined by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will provide the technical parameters of the VR Tactical Training System to be delivered as part of the public procurement documents. The VR Tactical Training System to be delivered must be suitable for: ● training of at least 1 and at most 2 persons in tactical scenarios, ● practicing decision-making, firing, maneuvering, and coordination tasks in simple tactical situations, ● checking the training from safety and tactical perspectives, ● practicing tactical tasks against a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 virtual targets (with target equipment and targets used by the Hungarian Defence Forces) and a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 virtual enemies, based on the training system of the Hungarian Defence Forces. As part of their professional offer, the bidder must attach a company-signed product description of the offered products (manufacturer, specific type, country of origin, properties of the offered product according to the technical description, in such detail that compliance with the requirements of the technical description can be determined without doubt). The contracting authority (CA) stipulates, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) (321 Kr.), that any reference to a make, origin, type of thing, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark specified in the call for tenders and public procurement documents was made solely to clearly define the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall be understood to apply to the designation. The bidder is responsible for proving equivalence. Further technical specifications are in the technical description which forms part of the public procurement documents!
