The E&Z modules are crucial for producing C-11 and F-18 radiotracers, including compounds such as C-11 PIB, C-11 RACLO, C-11 FLUMA, F-18 MC225, and F18-Olaparib. They are designed to handle complex radiosynthesis processes. Following market consultation, it has been identified that Trasis all-in-one modules are the suitable alternative to the current E&Z modules. These Trasis modules meet current regulations for radiation safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The market consultation revealed that Trasis S.A. is the sole supplier capable of providing synthesis modules for PET radiopharmaceutical production that meet the required specifications. Trasis S.A. is uniquely positioned as the only vendor supporting both 18F and 11C radiochemistry production, making their modules essential for maintaining the facility's operational capabilities and compliance with stringent regulatory standards in the field of PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
