Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je, v rámci realizace jednotlivých dílčích plnění na základě Rámcové dohody, zhotovení spojů na dopravníkovém pásmu šíře 1200-2200 mm vulkanizační soupravou za tepla (tj. vyříznutí poškozeného pasu, příprava vložky, zajištění pasu, montáž a demontáž vulkanizačního lisu včetně zhotovení spoje, oprava průrazů, úklid montážního místa) dle aktuální potřeby DB a DNT a další práce s gumovým pásmem prováděné na základě Dílčích smluv. Dále rovnání pasů ležících mimo pasový dopravník (dále jen „PD“), montáže pasů na zařízeních nacházejících se v areálech Doly Bílina a Doly Nástup Tušimice), demontáže pasů z PD a nabalování pasů na cívky.
