Original language: csNákup materiálu k zabezpečení provozu vlastního stravovacího zařízení, zajištění správné hygienické praxe, urychlení výrobního procesu, doplnění a zajištění obměny materiálu v provozu a k zajištění výcviku.U položky č. 2, 3, 4 a 5 požadujeme kotouče kompatibilní s položkou č.1 k zajištění bezpečného a bezporuchového provozu. Použití nekompatibilních kotoučů by mohlo vést k omezení funkčnosti zařízení, poškození krouhače, nebo ohrožení bezpečnosti obsluhy. Dále požadujeme níže uvedené rozměry krájení, strouhání, plátkování a kostičkování jednotlivých kotoučů z důvodu reálných provozních potřeb Vojenské závodní kuchyně č. 102 u VÚ 3255 Lipník nad Bečvou. U položky č. 6 požadujeme Mixér a šlehač ponorný model Mini MP 190 A COMBI. Tento mixér je vybaven kovovou převodovkou, která zajišťuje vyšší odolnost a delší životnost přístroje, ergonomicky tvarovaným držadlem pro zajištění komfortu při delším používání a odnímatelným nožem mixéru, který usnadňuje čištění a údržbu. Zařízení kombinuje funkci ponorného mixéru a šlehací metly, čímž umožňuje přípravu širokého spektra pokrmů a surovin bez nutnosti nákupů více samostatných přístrojů. Požadujeme mixér vhodný pro profesionální použití v gastro zařízeních. Stanovené požadavky vycházejí z reálných provozních potřeb pro potřeby Vojenské závodní kuchyně č. 102 u VÚ 3255 Lipník nad Bečvou.
