(hereinafter referred to as the "device") The offered device must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance specified by the contracting authority, to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 to the purchase agreement – Technical Specification of the Subject of Performance. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed tests and trials; (ii.) Instruction/training of personnel who will perform the activity by a person authorized to do so in accordance with applicable legal regulations; (iii.) Warranty service of the device, which will be performed by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of training for the service technician.
