Predmetom zákazky je vykonávanie činností Správcu súvisiacich s implementáciou Finančného nástroja na podporu začínajúcich podnikov na obdobie 2026 – 2030 (ďalej len „Finančný nástroj“). Finančný nástroj je určený pre podnikateľský sektor – mikro a malé podniky pôsobiace v Slovenskej republike. Fond je účelovo založená entita so stanoveným trvaním a cieľom. Fondy sú spravované Správcami, ktorí sú vyberaní v tejto Verejnej súťaži. Vybraní Správcovia budú plne zodpovední za všetky činnosti súvisiace so správou Fondov, vyhľadávaním investičných príležitostí, negociáciou investičných parametrov, investovaním kapitálu, spravovaním portfólia spoločností vo Fondoch a následnou realizáciou „vystúpenia“ (odpredaj podielu) z Cieľových spoločností. Fondy budú poskytovať Cieľovým spoločnostiam Kapitálové investície alebo Kvázi-kapitálové investície.
