Replacement of elevators in the Juliánov housing estate, Brno-Židenice

The subject of the public contract is the complete replacement of passenger elevators in the apartment buildings at Krásného 13, 15, 26, Marie Kudeříkové 2, 4 and Juliánovské náměstí 1, Brno-Židenice. The scope of work includes in particular: - dismantling and environmentally sound disposal of existing elevators, - delivery and installation of new passenger elevators, - carrying out all related work and supplies, - carrying out all prescribed inspections and tests in accordance with applicable legal regulations and technical standards, - ensuring warranty and post-warranty service. Each apartment building has 2 passenger elevators, one with a load capacity of 400 kg and the other with a load capacity of 630 kg; therefore, a total of 12 passenger elevators are to be replaced in 6 apartment buildings. The apartment building at Juliánovské náměstí 1 has 11 above-ground floors; the elevator serves floors 1 to 10, where the machine room is located, floor 11 (attic) is accessible only by stairs. In the other apartment buildings, the elevator route runs from the 1st to the 10th floor, with the machine room located above. The elevators in individual buildings are located side-by-side in the elevator shaft. The replacement of elevators will take place while the apartment buildings are fully occupied by tenants. The replacement must be carried out gradually in individual buildings so that at least one elevator remains operational in each building throughout the work period; at the same time, it is permitted to replace elevators in multiple apartment buildings in parallel.
