Loan of Fully Automated Biochemical and Immunochemical Analyzers, Including an Automated Line with a Fully Integrated Pre-analytical and Transport Module and a Backup Analytical System, Including the Supply of Specific Consumables II

This public tender concerns the provision of comprehensive services related to biochemical and immunochemical analysis for the Laboratory of Hemato-oncology and Clinical Biochemistry at Havířov Hospital. The scope of the contract includes the regular, indefinite supply of all necessary consumables, such as reagents, calibrators, control materials, operational chemicals, and diagnostic supplies required for biochemical and immunochemical examinations. This supply will be delivered free of charge to the specified location: Dělnická 1132/24, Havířov. A key component of the tender is the free loan and installation of fully automated biochemical and immunochemical analytical systems. This includes an advanced automated line featuring a fully integrated pre-analytical and transport module, alongside a backup analytical system. The contract also mandates the provision of all necessary accessories and software, along with comprehensive training for the laboratory staff. The supplier will be responsible for the full service of these systems, including safety and technical inspections as per manufacturer guidelines, validations, and potential upgrades throughout the contract period. Furthermore, the tender requires the free loan and installation of a suitable water purification unit to ensure the optimal operation of the analytical systems. Additionally, backup power supplies (UPS) with sufficient capacity to operate all systems for at least 30 minutes during power outages will be provided and installed free of charge. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices.
