Wood production at the dispatch point for LLPKV - Part 1

Part 1 – Wood production at the dispatch point using Harvester technology (hereinafter referred to as “Part 1”) Wood harvesting using harvester technology – planned and accidental felling, including clear-cutting in case of accidental felling, production of assortments, extraction of logs to the dispatch point, and collection and extraction of slash to the dispatch point. The subject of the performance of Part 1 of the public contract is the provision of wood harvesting services using harvester technology, mechanical harvesting of trees by individual selection and clear-cutting, delimbing, cutting of unusable parts, shortening into assortments, stacking of assortments into piles, cutting off root flares, gathering by forwarder to the dispatch point, stacking into piles at the dispatch point according to assortments; during the performance of Part 1 of the public contract, wood will be processed into assortments from 7 cm diameter (bark off), in forest stands designated by the annual forest harvesting plan of LLPKV, concentrated into harvesting workplaces, in an estimated total volume of 30,000 m3 during the contract period. In case of damage to the stand and natural regeneration under the stand and other tangible assets caused by the contractor's activities, the contracting authority reserves the right to claim such damage from the contractor. Furthermore, the collection of slash and harvesting residues in the stands and the extraction of slash to the dispatch point (DP) in an estimated total volume of 10,000 m3 during the contract period. The intensity of harvesting (m3/month) and the number of harvester units deployed are determined by the contracting authority (Tender List – see Annex No. 6 of this tender documentation).
