Predmetom zákazky je zriadenie dynamického nákupného systému (DNS) Výsadba drevín pre zabezpečenie realizácie zákaziek pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa. Uvedené zákazky súvisia so zabezpečením správy a údržby majetku zvereného verejnému obstarávateľovi. Cieľom DNS je umožniť verejnému obstarávateľovi flexibilné zadávanie zákaziek v súlade so zákonom o verejnom obstarávaní podľa svojich reálnych potrieb, t.j. v čase a rozsahu, ktorý mu je známy. DNS bude slúžiť na zadávanie zákaziek týkajúcich sa výsadby drevín bežne dostupných na trhu, v rámci DNS sa budú priebežne realizovať jednotlivé zákazky. DNS je zriadený na dobu trvania max. 6 rokov (72 mesiacov). Tento DNS je zriadený pre potreby verejného obstarávateľa a zákazky v ňom bude zadávať iba verejný obstarávateľ.
