Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro vydání územního rozhodnutí (DUR) včetně zajištění související inženýrské činnosti, a následné provedení stavebních prací spočívajících ve výstavbě přístupové (FTTx) optické sítě v rámci projektu „Výstavba optické sítě pro VRI, IO2, Chomutov – 3. etapa – Jirkov“, postupem Design & Build (návrh a výstavba). Předmět plnění bude rozdělen do tří základních fází: I. Projektová činnost zejména, nikoliv však výlučně: • zpracování dokumentace pro vydání územního rozhodnutí (DUR) dle zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, a souvisejících vyhlášek, • zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby (DPS) jako podkladu pro realizaci, • koordinace s dotčenými orgány a správci sítí, • zapracování jejich požadavků do dokumentace, • předání kompletní dokumentace v tištěné a digitální podobě. II. Inženýrská činnost zejména, nikoliv však výlučně: • zajištění všech vyjádření, stanovisek, závazných stanovisek, rozhodnutí a jiných správních úkonů dle stavebního zákona, • projednání a zajištění majetkoprávních vztahů a přístupů k pozemkům, • koordinace s vlastníky a správci technické infrastruktury, • zajištění výkonu koordinátora BOZP při přípravě a realizaci, • součinnost při zajištění technické kontroly projektové dokumentace. III. Stavební činnost zejména, nikoliv však výlučně: • realizace zemních prací pro trasy optických vedení, • uložení chrániček, mikrotrubiček a optických kabelů, • osazení kabelových komor, spojek, rozvaděčů a dalších prvků sítě, • měření a protokolární ověření parametrů sítě (OTDR/OLTS), • zpracování dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS), • uvedení dotčených území do původního stavu. Dodavatel nese úplnou odpovědnost za návrh technického řešení (včetně zpracování dokumentace pro vydání územního rozhodnutí DUR a všech návazných stupňů projektové dokumentace), za získání potřebných povolení a za kompletní realizaci stavby tak, aby bylo dosaženo funkčních parametrů stanovených zadavatelem.
