Significant renovation and solution of water retention measures for the Bratislava-Ružinov Municipal Office building

1. The subject of the order are construction works to remedy the deficiencies of the current state of the floor of two terraces (terrace A, B), which form the entrance area to the building of the Local Office Bratislava-Ružinov. The main part of the terrace repair includes: 1.1 replacement of two exterior entrance staircases accessible from Mierová street, one staircase in front of the building entrance and the staircase leading from the parking lot under the terraces – terraces A, B, 1.2 reconstruction of the exterior ramp accessible from Mierová street leading to terrace B and the ramp located on terrace B in front of the building entrance. The subject of the order also includes construction works for the significant renovation of the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Office building and the implementation of water retention measures. The Bratislava-Ružinov Local Office building consists of five blocks A-E, which are separated by expansion joints: A- administration (technical floor + two administrative floors), B- connecting corridor (technical floor + one operational floor), C- administration (technical floor + five administrative floors), D- connecting corridor (technical floor + one operational floor), E- large assembly hall (technical floor + one operational floor). The main construction works on the Bratislava-Ružinov Local Office building consist of: 1.3 thermal insulation of the building's perimeter structures (facades), 1.4 thermal insulation of the building's roof structure, 1.5 implementation of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 99kW on the roofs of blocks A, C, 1.6 implementation of extensive green roofs on blocks B, D, 1.7 replacement of selected window and door structures in the building, 1.8 replacement of locksmith products in the building, 1.9 remediation of technical and technological equipment in the building, 1.10 implementation of water retention measures for draining rainwater from roofs and paved areas, 1.11 remediation of existing paved areas and surrounding small structures (emergency staircase of building E, waste shelter behind building C). 2. The scope of the order also includes waste removal and disposal, with waste management being governed by applicable generally binding legal regulations. 3. In the event that any of the parameters used, or the range of parameters, identifies a specific type of product, or a product from a specific manufacturer, the contracting authority allows the replacement of such a product with an equivalent product or an equivalent technical solution, provided that the equivalent product or equivalent technical solution meets the utility, operational, functional, and aesthetic characteristics necessary to ensure the purpose for which the specified equipment is intended. For products and accessories of a specific brand, the bidder may also submit equivalents of another brand of the same or higher quality. The same applies when a specific product name is mentioned anywhere in the description of the subject of the order. 4. The contracting authority reserves the right to decide on a change in the scope of construction works performed during the execution of the order. 5. The scope of the order is defined in the bill of quantities (annex no. 15 of the tender documents) and in the project documentation (annex no. 16 of the tender documents).
