Description
Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je demontáž a ekologická likvidace stávajícího počítačového tomografu (CT), dodávka včetně stavebních úprav, instalace, zaškolení obsluhy a uvedení do provozu nového (rok výroby 2024,2025), nepoužitého nerepasovaného počítačového tomografu (CT) pro potřeby pracoviště zadavatele dle technické specifikace uvedené v zadávací dokumentaci. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž provádění pozáručního servisu zdravotnického prostředku – počítačového tomografu (CT) na dobu 7 let, k zajištění bezpečného a plynulého provozu tohoto zdravotnického prostředku z hlediska jeho funkčnosti, bezpečnosti a dle doporučení výrobce, v rozsahu a způsobem uvedeným v této zadávací dokumentaci.
