1. The subject of the order is to conduct quantitative research in the area of employers' actions towards selected groups of people with lower labor market activity due to characteristics such as: gender, age, disability, caregiving responsibilities (for both young children and elderly or other dependent persons), or country of origin (foreigners). 2. Deadline for order execution: The service will be performed within 35 weeks from the date of contract signing, with the possibility of a 4-week extension. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ). 4. The contracting authority does not allow for partial offers: the division of the order into parts is not possible due to the homogeneous nature of the research, its methodology, and purpose. 5. Requirements regarding employment under an employment contract: The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ the person performing the Project Manager duties under an employment contract. The type of activities performed by this person includes tasks described in the OPZ. The contracting authority or a person acting on its behalf will have the right to control the contractor regarding the employment of the person to perform the aforementioned activities, under the terms described in the contract.
