Het opleiden, coachen en begeleiden van 2 nieuwe medewerkers Handhaving PW / Sociaal Rechercheurs, trainer coach, tot zij zelfstandig de Participatiewet handhavingstaken kunnen uitoefenen. Zorgdragen voor het overdragen van de benodigde kennis en vaardigheden. De 2 medewerkers beschikken over de basiskennis voor sociaal rechercheur en hebben nog geen ervaring in het werk. Je gaat aan de slag als vakinhoudelijke opleider/ coach voor het team Sociaal Rechercheurs. Hierin neem je de 2 nieuw op te leiden medewerkers mee in de inhoudelijke (door)ontwikkeling op de taken van sociale recherche, waaronder de correcte naleving van beleid en wet- en regelgeving, verantwoordelijkheid van de uitvoering van de handhavingstaken, Juridisch rapporteren, integrale samenwerking met name binnen het Sociaal Domein, besluitvorming en dienstverlening. Voor het werkatelier USD zit de (door)ontwikkeling niet alleen op het gebied van de Sociale Recherche m.b.t. kwaliteitsborging maar ook zeker op het leveren van een bijzonder persoonlijke dienstverlening, optimalisatie van (werk)processen, duidelijke verdeling van taken, rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, eigenaarschap, besluiten durven nemen en houding en gedrag dat past bij de organisatiefilosofie van gemeente Meierijstad. Het team Sociale Recherche is als volgt ingedeeld: 2 junior sociale rechercheurs met als kerntaak handhaving binnen de Participatiewet. In de keten van de Participatie is er nauwe samenwerking met de juristen Sociaal Domein, Toezichthouders/Handhavers , kwaliteitsmedewerkers en consulenten van het werkatelier USD, zoals consulenten Inkomen, consulenten Schulddienstverlening, Consulenten WMO/Jeugdwet. Werken bij gemeente Meierijstad betekent werken bij een organisatie die zich continu ontwikkelt (Participatiewet) en boordevol ambitie (zelforganisatie) zit. Dat moet ook, want ook al hebben we mooie dingen bereikt, de samenleving blijft veranderen en Meierijstad is in beweging. De kandidaat Coach - opleider sociaal rechercheur start de opdracht met het opstellen van een plan van aanpak waaruit duidelijk wordt welke activiteiten maandelijks worden uitgevoerd. Dit plan van aanpak kan in overleg met de mentor maandelijks worden bijgesteld. Aan het einde van de opdrachtperiode van 6 maanden is het resultaat dat de 2 nieuwe sociale rechercheurs de taken zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren. Maandelijks wordt getoetst of de activiteiten uit het plan van aanpak zijn uitgevoerd.
