Binnen het werkatelier Grondzaken werk je op het snijvlak van disciplines aan ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen Als planeconoom voer je analyses uit over de financieel-economische haalbaarheid van plannen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van grondexploitaties, risicoanalyses en exploitatieplannen en je bewaakt en beheert deze. Voor gebiedsontwikkeling ben je het financieel-economisch aanspreekpunt. Daarbij hoort ook een onderwerp als kostenverhaal. Je zit aan tafel met marktpartijen voor het voeren van onderhandelingen over ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen. Je bent een belangrijke adviseur voor projectleiders en bestuurders. Op financieel vlak ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapportages rondom de planning en control-cyclus. Daarnaast pak je beleidsmatige zaken op het terrein van grondzaken op, zoals adviseren over grondprijzen en verkoop/verhuur van gemeentelijke gronden.Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team en kunt aanwijzingen en instructies krijgen over de wijze waarop de werkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd.
