Voor het team Wonen waarbinnen recent 4 nieuwe medewerkers zijn gestart, zoeken we een ervaren kracht die voor deze afdeling aan de slag gaat met de teamontwikkeling en uiteindelijk komt met een beleidsdocument waarin de werkzaamheden voor elke rol in het team komen vast te liggen. De Opdrachtnemer levert uiteindelijk een beleidsdocument op waarin ten minste per functie de verwachtingen en werkzaamheden worden beschreven, als ook het bredere ontwikkelpotentieel van de afdeling.De vergoeding wordt gekoppeld aan het behalen van het beoogde resultaat en kan eventueel verder onderverdeeld worden in nader te bepalen deelresultaatafspraken. Vergoeding wordt dus niet gekoppeld aan het aantal gewerkte uren. Het is aan de Opdrachtnemer om een inschatting te maken van de beoogde kosten waarvoor Opdrachtnemer het bovenstaande beschreven resultaat (een opgesteld beleidsdocument) kan behalen. We vragen de Opdrachtnemer om met een Plan van Aanpak voor deze klus te komen met daarin onder andere een beschrijving hoe je het vraagstuk aanpakt en een beoogd tijdspad.
