Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. VENDOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: This procurement is subject to vendor performance management. SUMMARY: The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide fall arrest equipment certification and maintenance services on an annual and "as and when required" basis in Winnipeg Manitoba. These services as described in the Annex Statement of Work and Annex A - Equipment List are required for a period of two years from 1 April 2027. Canada retains the irrevocable options to authorize provision of these services for three additional one-year periods.. UNSPSC: *Building maintenance and repair services (*72101500).
