Het doel van deze opdracht is het uitvoeren van de monitoring op wachttijden in de kinderopvang in Nederland en Caribisch Nederland en hier jaarlijks over rapporteren. Onder monitoren verstaan we het volgen van trends in wachttijden en het duiden van deze trends per kwartaal. Deze monitoring biedt enerzijds inzicht in cijfers (kwantitatief) en anderzijds voorziet deze van nadere duiding (kwalitatief). In deze opdracht staat de volgende vraag centraal: Hoe ontwikkelen de wachttijden in de dagopvang (KDV), gastouderopvang (GOO)6 en buitenschoolse opvang (BSO) zich in de jaren 2026 tot en met 2030 en hoe beïnvloeden verschillende variabelen deze wachttijden?
