Im Rahmen der Objektplanung ist für die Ermittlung der Untergrundverhältnisse eine Baugrunderkundung zur Erneuerung des Straßenkörpers sowie der Schmutz- und Regenwasserkanäle im Projektbereich nötig. Für die Objektplanung zur Erneuerung der Kanäle und des Straßenkörpers sollen die Baugrunduntersuchungen gemäß der im Preisblatt (Leistungsverzeichnis) näher definierten Leistungen erbracht werden. Hierzu zählen: - Einholung von Genehmigungen (Sondernutzung, VRAO, Bohranzeigen) und Leitungsauskünften, - Erkundungsarbeiten (Kampfmittelerkundungen, Bohrungen/Sondierungen, Versickerungsversuch), - Umweltanalytische Untersuchungen (Ersatzbaustoffverordnung, Wasseranalytik), - Bodenmechanische Untersuchungen, - Erstellung eines Gutachtens inkl. Vorabangaben. Die Ausführung der Leistung beginnt nach Auftragserteilung. Die Gesamtbearbeitungszeit von Beauftragung bis Übergabe des geotechnischen Berichts ist mit drei Monaten zu berücksichtigen.
