Original language: GermanIm Haupthaus des Klinikkomplexes werden auf Grund einer räumlichen Umstrukturierung sowie von vorhergehenden und bereits abgeschlossenen Umbaumaßnahmen das erste, zweite und dritte Obergeschoss für einen Umbau und eine Modernisierung frei. Im Rahmen dieser Umbaumaßnahme sollen Intensivpflege- und rollstuhlgerechte Patientenzimmer sowie mehrere Arzt-, Schwestern- und Verwaltungsräume entstehen. In diesem Zuge werden im zweiten und dritten Obergeschoss des Zwischentrakts zwischen Altbau und Bettenhaus neben der Treppe analog zum ersten Obergeschoss die Schwesterndiensträume in je ein rollstuhlgerechtes Patientenzimmer umgebaut. Des Weiteren wird im 1.-3.OG des Verbindungsbaus durch Zusammenlegung jeweils ein 2-Bettzimmer hergestellt. Darüber hinaus werden alle 3 Obergeschosse nach den derzeitigen Bestimmungen des Brandschutzes ertüchtigt. Die Struktur und Organisation des Gebäudes bleibt größtenteils bestehen. Jedoch werden die einzelnen Räume mit neuen Nutzungen versehen und deshalb ihren neuen Funktionen baulich angepasst. Nur vereinzelt werden Räume durch Abbrechen der jeweiligen Trennwände zusammengefasst oder durch das Errichten von neuen Trennwänden neue Raumeinheiten geschaffen. Alle Fassaden des Haupthauses, außer Sockel und Fassade des Anbau Nord (Straßenseiten), werden mit Wärmedämmverbundsystem gedämmt. Die Fassade an Anbau Nord wird neu gestrichen.
