Original language: GermanDie Armasuisse beschafft als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle im Auftrag des Bundesamtes für Bevölkerungsschutz (BABS) die Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen für die Lüftungs-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen im ABC-Zentrum Spiez. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt in zwei Losen: Los 1: Instandhaltungsarbeiten der Lüftungsanlage im ABC-Zentrum Spiez Umfasst die jährliche präventive Wartung sämtlicher Lüftungssysteme im ABC-Zentrum Spiez. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Energieeffizienz und Luftqualität. Es erfolgen Kontrollen, Reinigungen und Filterwechsel an Zuluft-, Abluft-, Fortluft- und Spezialanlagen. Sicherheits- und Hygienevorgaben sind strikt einzuhalten. Kleinmängel werden direkt behoben, grössere sind mit dem Betrieb abzustimmen . (Inkl. Piketteinsätze) Los 2: Service- und Wartungsarbeiten Tiefkühl-, Kälte- und Klimaanlagen / Steckfertige Kühlschränke und Flockeneismaschinen im ABC-Zentrum Spiez Beinhaltet die jährliche Wartung der Kälte- und Klimaanlagen sowie steckerfertiger Kühlgeräte und Eismaschinen. Es werden Dichtigkeitsprüfungen, Reinigungen, Funktionstests und Materialkontrollen durchgeführt. Auch hier liegt der Fokus auf Betriebssicherheit, Energieeffizienz und Langlebigkeit. Störungen sind rasch zu melden und zu beheben. (Inkl. Piketteinsätze)
