Die in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher beschriebenen Gaswarnanlagen sind vom Auftragnehmer auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit zu überprüfen und zu warten. Jede Anlage besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Auswerteeinheit, einem oder mehreren Transmittern und dem Magnetventil welches die Gaszuführung zum betroffenen Raum beim Erreichen der Alarmschwelle unterbricht. Des Weiteren gehören zu jeder Anlage Einrichtungen zur Alarmmeldung (optisch / akustisch / Alarmweiterleitung über BMZ als Technischer Alarm), sowie zur Not- Abschaltung der Gaszuführung von Hand. Die vom Auftragnehmer geforderten Leistungen gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung sind im Sinne der BG RCI T021/T023 und der BetrSichV zur Inspektion und Wartung von RaumluftÜberwachungsanlagen auszuführen Alle Arbeiten, die zu einer Unterbrechung der Gaszuführung sowie zum Ausfall der Anlagen zur Raumluft-Überwachung führen, dürfen grundsätzlich nur nach Abstimmung mit der Abteilung FM-T vorgenommen werden. Die vom Auftragnehmer erbrachten Leistungen sind dem Auftraggeber spätestens eine Woche nach Abschluß der Arbeiten durch Vorlage eines Inspektions- und Wartungsberichts sowie eines für jede Anlage ausgestellten Prüfzertifikates nachzuweisen. Alle für die Durchführung der Wartungsarbeiten erforderlichen Teile sowie Hilfsmittel, Werkzeuge, Meßgeräte, Prüfgase, Filter für Fernmeßköpfe und Kleinmaterial werden nicht gesondert
