Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Service- und Wartungsvertrags „Preferred-72“ für folgende Geräte der Cryo-EM-Infrastruktur der Universität Hamburg / CSSB: - Titan Krios G3 - Titan Krios G3i - Talos Arctica - Talos L120C - Aquilos - zwei Vitrobots Vertragslaufzeit: 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 Der Leistungsumfang umfasst Wartung gemäß Herstellervorgaben, Fehlerdiagnose, Reparatur, Lieferung und Austausch von Original-Ersatzteilen sowie Remote- und Vor-Ort-Service zur Sicherstellung des sicheren und kontinuierlichen Anlagenbetriebs.
