Deze groepsaankoop betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor wasserijdiensten met één opdrachtnemer per perceel. Wassen en onderhoud van zelf aangekochte werkkledij van medewerkers en onderhoud van huishoudlinnen van lokale besturen. Onder deze besturen wordt verstaan: politiezones, hulpverleningszones, OCMW, gemeente- en stadsbesturen en welzijnsverenigingen. Zowel woonzorgcentra/zorginstellingen die tot het OCMW van een aangesloten lokaal bestuur behoren, als de woonzorgcentra/zorginstellingen die onder de aangesloten welzijnsverenigingen vallen, zullen van perceel 2 kunnen afnemen. Het betreft een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst zonder enige afnameverplichting.
