The Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation intends to carry out extensive measures for the renovation of the technical infrastructure, particularly the water supply and disposal systems, on the grounds of Charlottenburg Palace. This tender specifically covers the renovation measures for the 8th construction phase (8. BA), which will take place in the southern area of the palace complex, around the Ehrenhof and Schlossplatz. The scope of work includes the refurbishment of the water supply system, the renovation of the remaining part of the medium-voltage (MW) network, and the installation of empty conduit routes. Key activities involve approximately 425 m² of path and paving work, 1,220 m³ of earthworks, 2,135 m³ of shoring work, 840 m² of soil exchange, 310 m³ of fill sand, and the installation of approximately 70 meters of water supply pipes (PE-HD, DN 50 to 125). This project is critical for modernizing the historical site's infrastructure.
