Description

The Village of Drake is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the rehabilitation of the municipal wastewater lift station. The project involves upgrading aging mechanical infrastructure, including piping, valves, supports, and related components, as well as providing temporary pumping requirements necessary to maintain wastewater service during construction.The project is intended to improve the reliability and service life of a critical municipal wastewater asset originally constructed in 1968. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the rehabilitation work while maintaining continuous wastewater service throughout construction. The anticipated work includes, but is not limited to: Rehabilitation and replacement of aging mechanical components. Improvements to piping, valves, and supports. Work necessary to improve reliability and future maintenance access. Provision of temporary pumping equipment and services during construction. Testing and commissioning following completion.
