Description

The Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation towards eligible payments under the contract for the Water Supply Intervention in mining affected communities in the Central Region. 2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority. 3. Interested Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Community Water and Sanitation Agency Head Office at the address provided below between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. 5. Tenders shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the tender submission deadline. Each tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security equal to 2 percent of the tender price, in the form specified in the Tender Document.
