De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens om een raamovereenkomst met één (1) opdrachtnemer te sluiten voor de levering van initieel acht (8) en optioneel twee (2) watertankwagens. De garantieperiode maakt integraal onderdeel uit van de opdracht en wordt altijd afgenomen. Het onderhoud na afloop van de garantieperiode kan optioneel worden afgenomen middels een service- en onderhoudsovereenkomst. Van de acht (8) initiële watertankwagens zijn zeven (7) watertankwagens bestemd voor Veiligheidsregio IJsselland en één (1) watertankwagen voor Veiligheidsregio Fryslân. Van deze initiële afname dienen uiterlijk eind Q2 2028 vijf (5) watertankwagens voor Veiligheidsregio IJsselland en één (1) watertankwagen voor Veiligheidsregio Fryslân te worden geleverd. De twee (2) resterende watertankwagens van de initiële bestelling zijn bestemd voor Veiligheidsregio IJsselland en hebben een voorziene leverdatum in 2029. De optie voor de levering van de twee (2) optionele watertankwagens in 2029 en het daarbij behorende optioneel af te nemen onderhoud is afhankelijk van de uitkomst van het bluswaterplan van de aanbestedende dienst.
