Waterford City and County Council wishes to invite tender submissions for the provision of services of a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultancy team to collaborate with the Council’s in-house Rural Development Team on the preparation of the Town Centre First Plan, for Lismore, Co. Waterford. The Consultancy Team shall include the following services at minimum: • Architecture and Urban Design • Planning and Transportation Consultancy • Landscape and Public Realm Design • Publication / Visualisation production • Project Management with experience in Community and Economic Planning • Ecology and Heritage Consultancy
