External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) Works

This tender concerns External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) works and basement insulation for seven buildings, comprising a total of 120 apartments. The project involves two existing buildings with six stories (including basement) and five existing buildings with five stories (including basement). Approximately 5,200m² of ETICS with 200mm mineral wool insulation and a scratch plaster finish will be applied, including areas for lintels and sills finished with fine plaster. An additional 2,600m² of ETICS with 100mm mineral wool insulation and a scratch plaster finish will be applied, also including lintel, sill, and base areas finished with fine plaster. The scope also includes approximately 800m of external window sills made of fiber concrete in various lengths. Furthermore, approximately 2,600m² of internal insulation for basement walls (inner side of external walls) using 100mm fleece-laminated mineral wool, and approximately 2,600m² of basement ceiling insulation using 100mm fleece-laminated mineral wool are required. Lastly, approximately 1,000m² of thermal insulation for stairwell walls is included. The project aims to improve the energy efficiency and thermal comfort of the residential buildings.
