The objective of this tender is to procure support services for the website relaunch, specifically focusing on four key service areas: 1. Concept & Design: Encompassing information architecture, online brand concept, UX/UI design, and an online style guide. 2. Software Architecture: Including recommendations and ensuring the availability of a suitable CMS, along with technical implementation. 3. Project Management & Migration: Covering project steering during the pilot phase, setting up the project environment, and conducting content workshops for the university's 16 faculties. 4. Consulting: Providing advisory services to support the Goethe University in change management processes.
