Agency: WIPO | Reference: PMS-26-02023-RFP | Type: Pre-bid notice WIPO, on behalf of the Common Procurement Activities Group (CPAG) and in its capacity as the lead agency for ten (10) other United Nations agencies based in Geneva, is conducting market engagement in preparation for a potential future procurement for the supply of electricity for the participating CPAG organizations. The potential future procurement is currently envisaged through a combination of long-term renewable Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and market-based electricity indexed against European Energy Exchange (EEX) futures.The purpose of this webinar is to provide prospective suppliers with an overview of WIPO's and CPAG's anticipated requirements and to gain a better understanding of the current market, including available PPA structures, service models, capabilities, industry practices, and other relevant considerations.The webinar will also provide an opportunity for interested suppliers to ask questions and share information that may assist WIPO and CPAG in developing their future procurement approach and requirements.The webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, 4 November 2026 at 14:00 Geneva time(GMT+1, Central European Time).Please note that Switzerland transitions from daylight saving time (CEST) to standard time (CET) on 25 October 2026; the time above already reflects this change.Interested suppliers are invited to register in order to attend the webinar using the following link:https://wipo-int.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_hB3AeFmURRCgHfYfSmXgwwThe webinar will be recorded, and the recording may be made available subsequently for prospective suppliers who are unable to attend the live session.Please note that this market engagement is for information-gathering and consultation purposes only.
