Further development and continuation of leadership feedback in the BMV

The leadership feedback, established in 2021 within the Federal Ministry of Transport (BMV), has become an important instrument for promoting leadership competence, organizational culture, and personnel development. It is to be permanently anchored in the organization as a strategic personnel development tool. In view of modern leadership requirements, digital ways of working, hybrid collaboration, and strategic demands, the procedure is to be further developed methodologically and continued to ensure that it remains future-proof, user-friendly, and content-wise modern. The objective of the project is the systematic further development and professional continuation of leadership feedback in the BMV, in particular - to increase the quality and validity of the existing procedure, - to facilitate implementation and increase participation rates, - to supplement the instrument toolbox with a short feedback format, - to ensure professional evaluation and feedback by moderators/coaches, and - to enable an overall view of the leadership culture. The goals of leadership feedback are the further development of leadership competencies and the quality of collaboration within an organizational unit, among other things through the optimization of communication between managers and employees and - where sensible - other stimuli for behavioral changes. The contractor will assume all tasks for the further development (content-methodological-technical optimization) and continuation (operational implementation) of leadership feedback in the BMV at its service locations in Berlin and Bonn.
