Description
This is the award notice following an open tender procedure. The Welsh Government has a number of properties that are either owned or leased. These properties house Welsh Government staff and in some instances tenants of Welsh Government. The buildings within the administrative estate require maintenance and improvement works. 4. Professional Works Project Management and Design;
